LandWISE Management Board
What does the Board do?
The LandWISE Board is responsible for the governance of LandWISE Incorporated. The Board sets policy and direction, and ensures finances and other business issues are managed. Day to day running of LandWISE is the responsibility of the Staff.
How is the board made up?
Board members are elected at the AGM, and serve a three year term, retiring by rotation. Membership includes four or five farmer reps, one processor/marketer rep, one science rep and one from regional government.
In addition, the Board may co-opt up to two more people who bring particular skills to the table.
