This survey aims to collect important farm/orchard data from farmers and growers, to build our collective knowledge of the impact of Cyclone Gabrielle, and the extended wetness that has impacted parts of the country for the last 18-24 months.
It is imperative that this data is collected and stored so we have an accurate record of impact and management in the months after this event. Please provide as much detail as possible.
Please submit one form per block. We expect that it might take 15-20 minutes to complete in full.
